how much does this kind of hunt cost? Must be nice going every fall. You should try a bow. Moutnain goats are one of the toughest animals to kill. They are tough as shit.. Is there alot of goats? Just seems like one of those animals we will see on the endangered species list soon. They are easy to spot, with nowadays kind of weapons , easy to shoot. Hence easy to exterminate. But I'm sure fish and game have a handle on it. So enjoy the hunts while they last. Wish I could go.

@TTundragrizzly This hunt runs about 1350 per person, all of it for flying into and out of the field. F&G have a great handle on the population, this area was drawing only at the time of this hunt and it has now went to registration hunting, since they have had a large increase in numbers. Mountain Goats anywhere are tough. They can soak up a lot of lead and still make it to a ledge to dive off of! We in Alaska are lucky to have a large population of goats.
