She's arching (hyperextending) her back a bit too much. She's also craning her neck upwards at the end. Neither is recommended, but since she's doing it on an incline, there's probably not much chance of real damage being done.

mmomar1 is right, lots of people get pain because of how far back they go, you need to go as far back as if you were standing up and no further.
If you think you should be over extending and be looking straight ahead when you come up, then try just standing straight up and then tilting backwards while keeping your legs straight (not very comfortable), besides it also takes away from the workout since most people go that high to rest.
DON'T GO FURTHER THAN 180 DEGREES COMING UP.
