Secret: Staff Roll for Megaman's Soccer

Probably the last secret this game has. JLukas has managed to make a code that enables you to see the staff roll. It is not found during the ending as previously thought, but in the password screen. JLukas says that apparently the Staff Roll can be found by normal means, but the method to access it is unknown. I guess one probably has to enter a special password or maybe a button code to enable it.
In the meantime, to see the Staff Roll, just input this Game Genie code ( DDC8-3DDC ) and then enter the password screen.

Doh! I ended up jumping the gun and creating a video on my side of the same thing. I even bothered not to use any cheat codes after finding the instructions to access the staff roll (provided by JLukas), and I provided them on the staff roll video I created. Turns out you can't even get to it without playing as Dr. Wily, so I used that, but other than that, no cheat codes. By the way, I got a full version of the ending by playing the game normally... and some more codes from JLukas.

I have the full ending video on my account, with the codes provided by JLukas on the video description. All I had to do was play through with 82D1F0-82D1F3 EAed out (the command that I took out by putting EA in there was a jump command to the Title Screen, which is what prevented the ending from playing in the first place. 5C CA 81 80 is the one to turn into EA EA EA EA.). This is still a real shame... neither the ending nor the staff roll normally accessible.
