This is Donny Osmond singing in Japanese. He also sang in German as well. Oh, he does sound like a girl when he was young before his voice changed.

This came from the LP "Hello the Osmond Brothers" released September 1970 on the Denon Record label.

I know the voice resembles Jimmy somewhat.
