Ewww...I tried making a milkshake from the book "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose and it was a disaster. Gross!! ..but I'll try it again later. Other than that everything is going good. Thanks for the comments on my last video. I'll stick with the agave nectar, i still dont know what to make with it, but im looking up recipes to try. Thanks.

  • You are making a mistake, woman.

    Eat your meat, eggs, veggies, fruit and nuts. You'll be fine.

    You don't need to "detox" or cut out animal products. It's stupid and it goes against human nature.

  • Were you using stevia? i actually dont like stevia...i use honey instead...

  • i love the green lemonade...put extra apples in if its not sweet enough and shave off some of the lemon peel before juicing if its too acidic..

  • Have you tried the green lemonade? It looks a bit disgusting, but put enough honey & lemon in it & it is fine. I've been drinking it for breakfast for a week now & have found a HUGE difference in my energy levels & don't get hungry as often.  I love that book!

  • avacodo has the same laxitives cocanuts do but it taste like shit unless you are a spic, and you are like fat as a coy

  • Really that isn't much of a cook book. Come on Coconut Vs Avacado? Thats like saying Dates Vs Lettuce...

  • lol on the disgusting shake...just a helpful hint, your tastebuds and your body change as you progress to actually liking things that you before thought were lame. Salad before was like, blah, but now it's bring it!
