Das deutsche Kettensägenmassaker (1/5) / The German Chainsaw Massacre / Blackest Heart

Part 1 of "Das deutsche Kettensägenmassaker", a cult-clasic movie by german screenwriter and director Christoph Schlingensief.
It is the second part of Schlingensief's "Deutschlandtrilogie" ("German Trilogy") (where parts 1 and 3 were "100 Jahre Adolf Hitler -- Die letzte Stunde im Führerbunker" and "Terror 2000 -- Intensivstation Deutschland").
The movie was released in late 1990, shortly after the german reunification.
The original english title was "The German Chainsaw Massacre", in the U.S. it was released as "Blackest Heart".

The story... well, let's quote the opening sequence:

"It happened on the 3rd of October...
Since the opening of the borders on the 9th of Nov. 1989 hundreds of thousands of citizens of the GDR have left their old home.
Many of them now live among us unrecognized.
4 percent never arrived..."

So of course the story is about what happened to those 4% , who made themselves up from the east to find wealth and happiness in the west, but found something completely different...

The original film posters featured the tagline "Sie kamen als Freunde und wurden zu Wurst." ("They came as friends and became wurst.").

The cast includes underground star Udo Kier, Alfred Edel, Karina Fallenstein, Susanne Bredehöft, Dietrich Kuhlbrodt and a cameo by Irm Hermann as east german customs officer.

The file here is a digitized old VHS recording of a TV broadcast that was made on the 10th anniversary of the opening of the borders of the GDR in Nov.1999, so please bear with the quality.

I believe the movie is uncut, the three minutes difference between the version here and the official movie's duration is probably due to the normal PAL acceleration.

Too bad no Eng subs cuz the way the scene @ 7:35 was shot is amazing! & watching a full movie without knowing WTF anyone is saying is kinda a bummer. I watched all of Let the Right One In with no volume but there were subs so i could live with it.
