  • I've never done yoga before, but my wedding is coming up and my mum has said that I really need to fix my hunched shoulders!! I've just done this video and I feel great! Sitting up straighter already. Back hurts a bit on the right hand side but I guess this is because I've lived with a bad posture for so long. Do you think if I do this regularly I'll have good posture for my wedding in 6 months?

  • @ras105 Absolutely! The best and most important exercise you can do is lying on the blocks. You can refer to my video for instruction. Try and do this 2x/day for 2-5 minutes and you will see and feel a difference in a week!

  • Get some blocks! The block exercise is the most effective to improve your posture and open the shoulders. Good Luck!

  • Absolutely! I have a student with that condition, and he has made great improvements in his posture . The most important exercise to perform even twice/day at first is the shoulder stretch lying on the blocks. You can do that one for up to five minutes each time.   • This is awesome.. I couldn't do the block thing but now I will buy some blocks.. However before the block exercise I felt great. My posture is pretty ok but after this it will be perfect.. I cant wait.

    Do you have any workouts for the hamstrings...I usually do the standard stretches taught to us in gym class as kids...are there any yoga moves for the hamstrings ?
