Runescape-The Void Stares Back-Pest Queen Boss Fight Basic Guide

A video I decided to re upload from my old channel because for the most part most of the information in this guide is still up to date and I feel it still would help a lots.

The new grandmaster quest The Void Stares Back boss fight against the Pest Queen (lvl 599). This video will show you the main things you need to do to pass this boss pretty efficiently. It isn't that hard and even as a low lvl I don't think it would be much of a challenge. I had about 15 rocktails left over with this fight and I used no brews. I would've uploaded this video yesterday (day of release) but didn't have time to edit and everything because of school. So I just decided to keep this video on hold because I wanted it to be high quality and didn't want to rush through it. Overall I think its a pretty good guide kind of similar to my Nomads guide. There's more information I would have liked to add but unfortunately there's only so much info I can put into a video. So I'll put some additional information in this description. Also there might be better methods but this is the first day it was released and I think this method works just fine. With this method in my opinion I think any lvl 100 can do this it just wont be as easy as it seems in this video though because im lvl 137. Anyways there's not much to really know about fighting this monster you can just make your own getup/invy to suit you but I think this works fine.

Gear:
Helmet: Neitznot Helm, Verac's Helm, Berserker Helm etc.
Body: Bandos Chest, Torags, Karils, Black d hide, torso etc.
Legs: Torags, Tassys, Karils, D hide etc.
Cape: Fire, Soul wars, Skill cape etc.
Amulet: Strength, Glory, Fury etc.
Boots: Dragon or Bandos
Gloves: Barrows, dragon gaunties, d hide etc.
Ring: Vigour, Berserker, Warrior, Onyx i, Ring of life
Weapon: Korasi's sword (must have) or any other chaotic weapons
Shield: Rune Defender, DFS, Any spirit shield etc.

Inventory
For high lvls: Rocktails should do just fine. Bring a 1 click teleport your secondary weapon (if you have one), Extreme or super set, Recover specials (only 1 is needed), 2-3 prayer potions, the rest should be just rocktails. Make sure you fill your best BoB with food before the fight and bring a good healing familiar if you can as well.

For low lvls: Bring a 1 click teleport, super attack and defences or extremes, 3-4 prayer potions, brews and restores at a 3:1 ratio (use regular restores there much cheaper and when you have to recharge pray just use the prayer potions). Fill your best BoB with brews and restores too and bring a spirit kyatt if you can and about 100 ambush scrolls because it does good damage to the queen. If you can summon a good healing familiar (titan+) bring one then. This is pretty much all you need to know it works fine you shouldn't have any problems but if you do post a comment ill help to the best of my ability.

so pretty much ur just tanking/ denieing its special attk so you dont get hit untill all the rangers are in then just attk the boss keep denieing its spcs and kill defilers when you have to?

@whatsBF3 Well once the boss is doing its spec u korasi spec it. Just tank it out until all rangers get in place then go in for the kill

@Rspvper1 depends on summoning and prayer too. Decent melee stats 80+ would be reccomended but if you have a high summoning/prayer level im sure you could do it. You should at least be able to summon a tortoise.

I found that just attacking the defilers and tanking them was easier/faster.
