@coolfann1 - definitely not!! It's really important to take care of your skin early on, you will be doing yourself a HUGE favor when you get older. At 18, you don't need the most intense corrective products, but use preventative products, such as things rich with Vitamin C and antioxidants as well as sunscreen and keeping the skin hydrated with a good moisturizer! :-) Think of it this way, your skin is in its prime now, so the best thing to do is try and keep it that way

Lipids on a moisturizer? Doesn't that make your face look bloated while it makes it "hydrated"? Weird...

i strongly believe that. skinceuticals is an awful brand. NEVER BUY A VITAMIN C SERUM IN A LIQUID FORM!!!! by the time you get it its pretty much oxidized. buy vitamin c in an anhydrous form and make sure its l-ascorbic acid.

@luv2luv77 - thanks for the advice :-) I've actually had this convo with a few people before. The Skin C. is in a dark bottle to prevent oxidation, but it absorbs so quickly into the skin which sort of made me think it won't oxidize after that point? I don't know if that makes logical sense?? But I do like the way my skin looks from using the product. Do you have any good recommendations? thnx!

hi, i'm 23 & i love the idea of preventative anti-aging skin care! i use sunscreen every day & try to find products that contain antioxidants. i was wondering if you could recommend some lower priced drugstore products that have the same benefits as the products you use. :)

This is grate! My co workers think Im crazy cuz I use Olay total effect anti aging moisturizer, and Im 23. I feel is easier to prevent then fight against. Im also acne prone and have a couple of blemishes, any suggestions??? Thanx!
