Viktor is a perfect example of a shrewd businessman without scruples. Common trend in backlashes against former totalitarian regimes. They SHOULD use him as a case study in all colleges. As an example of doing business without ethics.

Arms traffickers are bad well hell yea but still they are nothing but dummies for CIA,MI6 , Mossad ....They used them to fuel the taliban and other terrorists that supported the goals of these organizations.
