its about going through all the bad shit in life. and feeling like youre getting trapped underneath it all. Its used in a metaphor of a kid who is caught in the middle of all this crap he didnt want anything to do with. Just like how in the music industry, record companies throw all this crap at you that the artist doesn't want to deal with.
