I dont get it. without capitalism there will still be problems mate. i assure u, starvation, overpopulation, lack of water, wars, tribal domination in africa, all sorts of problems will still exist, even without the US. to be honest with you, i think the US are beneficial for Africa, i know for a fact that the US army is operating on some of the northern african nations, and they provide food, help and support to the locals in different nations.There is no "evil capitalist" maybe drugslords.

Im quite sure that the US does have other incomes than wars... When a country goes to war they loose profit, its only fair to regain some of that profit by either forcing the opposing country into dept or W/E might be beneficial for the country.
