~ So Tell Me Wat's So Wrong With Me ~ Erik/ Giry

So glad I got a chance to finish this one! I had fun playing with the effects... in the beginning... haha.

This one focuses mainly on Madame Giry's feelings about Erik. See, the way I view the relationship between them is that both of them like each other a lot, but they don't really know what love is necessarily... So they let each other get away. Madame Giry had Jules (Monsieur Giry) and Erik became internally jealous, and I think he started using Christine, but it just got out of control. This, I guess takes place more between the time period of Phantom and LND considering the fact that Meg is already starting to slip from them and fall into 'the business' if you will. Madame Giry is starting to feel like it's her fault that Erik won't love her like he does Christine. She blames her age, her beauty... she herself is jealous, and however, she does not know exactly what it is either. As the conflict goes on, Antoinette gathers courage (for herself and for Meg) and decides she does not need this from Erik...

"I spent so much time trying to fix your life that I forgot about mine." I think that line is really cute when you see that Meg is her life... just had to share that because I think it's the cutest implied part of the video...

Okay, that's a lie because at the end, the reason the ring is there is because he's finally built up the courage to ask for more from Antoinette (Mme. Giry) and when he opens his mouth to ask her, she walks away. ... That's the second time he's lost her... poor Erik!

And thus is my angsty Erik/ Giry video. I really really like this pairing...

I'm really more of a Meg/Erik shipper myself, so Madame and Erik always feels weird to me, but this is a really cool video (and yes, you definitely DID have fun with the effects!) and it gets the point across really well.
