@KillaKherk That's cool Brah, ur name caught me by surprise. But you being a Business Law student is a hell of a surprise so I guess your on point. Yo I rock dreadlocks too, is it gonna be tough sportin' them if i'm getting into Law? Your locks seem to be pretty long so i'm guessing u were pursuing Law while u were growing them out.

Imagine how stupid it would be if Kanye West died tragically and some fool came out with tha name Khanye Whest. You get my point?
-
That means once or even if you get big then Courtney Love his widow (yeah that female rock star) can and will sue you. She has made alot of money on her own and has inherited Curt Cobain's estate. I'm not a lawyer but i'm in school for it, and if I was one i wouldn't want to represent you in any court in these United States. In closing to save yourself alot of time, energy, money, etc, do youurself a favor and change your name. Why not use your real name, Kanye West did it and look how big he is

Okay so he's dead so what.
You can be liable even without creating a false sense that the person in question endorses your product or service; the key is that you are exploiting the plaintiff's identity to drive traffic or obtain some other commercial benefit.

This ordinarily means using the plaintiff's name or likeness in advertising or promoting your goods or services, or placing the plaintiff's name or likeness on or in products or services you sell to the public. Therefore, it is a bad idea to create an advertisement suggesting that a celebrity -- or anyone for that matter -- endorses your website or blog. It is equally unwise to use someone else's name as the title of your website or blog, especially if you host advertisements.
By the way I don't ever do this so consider it a courtesy. Peace I'm out and good luck whatever your name is.

@kingvidyo101 I appreciate your concern, but at the end of the day ... my real name is "Kherki" and the last name Cobain is in honor of events that inspired my grind, creativity, and work ethic. I studied Business Law myself and have a Business degree as well. None of what u put below applies to me. Your input is appreciated tho.
