I will say this.. I have been to Kalahari a few times.. When you stand and look around alot of people think its ok to let your children run and have fun with no adults.. Lets all not forget who the parents are when you go to a place like this.. Take time to read the weight limits on the life jackets and use them the correct way. My children are 7 and 8 and they know as soon as we walk in we get life jackets on no life jackets no fun.. We are the parents NOT KALAHARI

I don't think it was so much the lifeguards as it was the parent, yes I feel bad, but, every time I go there the lifeguards are always watching and everytime someone does something bad they do yell at them. I mean I haven't seen anyone get away with anything. It is a great park I highly reccomend it!

Why was no one in the pool with him?! God he is three years old and leaves him unattended. Where were the parents?! Life gaurds should of been watching him too!

It is. But you do have to watch your children, the hotel is very massive. I went for the anime convention that`s now held there and I was shocked at the size, I didn`t however go into any of the water parks. (I had just gotten a tattoo) I do think that it was a tragic accedent I just hope no one blames it all on one person, because in fact it`s everyones fault. The parents need to keep an eye on their children, but they`re right, there needs to be the right amount of lifegaurds as well.
