Two exercise routines that I include in my general workout. The idea is to keep the torso and specially the shoulder girdle as still as you can while moving the legs.
I find that every time I try to do the candle stick, I fall when I'm about three feat from the ground. How do you hold that? Any tips on progressing to that stage? Thanks for posting this. Excellent work.
