I play rugby so i have a lot more muscle than fat. i am aiming on getting a six pack, i know the exercises and weights i need to do to get one but like i said i need to loose the left over stomach fat

  • @pumpandclog Hi, thanks for your comments. I think I've answered this question further down the page. Please take a look at the other comments. Great work on losing the weight.

  • I like your videos a lot. Could I ask you a question, how fast could a person lose 2 and a half stone in? 35lb? And how much cardio and other exercises would you need to do a week etc... to achieve this? Thank you. x

  • Hi, thanks for your lovely comments :-) This could be achieved before Christmas! 40 minutes cardio most days and 20 minutes Pilates to keep toned. Keep a food diary - you'll be surprised what you forget! Lots of advice and info on my website and please feel free to contact via there. Good luck x

  • hi.. my height is 167-168 cm and my weight is 53kg and i'm 14 years old girl..

could this pilates work out on me cuz i really want to lose 3kg more.. thanks..

  • Thanks for viewing. You need to do cardio and reduce calories to lose weight, but increasing muscle will also help as muscle requires more energy just to exist. However, it weighs more than fat so that as you lose fat and increase muscle you will lose cms but not necessarily weight. You will be slimmer and more toned though. Please look at my other videos: Roll up/roll over; Twister/double leg stretch once you know the technique. Your comments on these would also be welcome :-)

  • listening to this is SOOOOOO relaxing! : )

  • What a beautiful peaceful voice, thank you for making exercises a rich spiritual experience!

  • Hi I'm a 15 year old girl, I'm about 165 cm and weigh about 60 kg.

I have a bit of a belly fat and I was hoping to get rid of it before christmas.

Will these excercises get me there?

    Hope you respond, thanks. :)

  • I'm 5'2 and 15 years old and weigh 120 pounds. I have a fat round stomach and it looks really bad. Would this make it flat and toned? And I also have a flat butt, would this make it rounder and better? And would this make me too muscular? Because I don't want to look masculine. Please reply, thanks.

  • Would this make my stomach flat? Im 120 pounds and 5'2 and 15 years old and have a round stomach which looks ugly. So would this make it narrow and flat? And would this give me too much muscles? Because I don't want to look masculine.

  • Hi there, thank you so much for getting back to me so soon. I forgot to ask one other thing, if I wanted to tone up my arms so they could become very muscly (I'm female and 18yrs old) how long would it take and what weight exercises would I need to do each day and for how long? I'm very dedicated and will put the work in. My weight is in the healthy range for my height. I do a little Pilates, but are there any weight exercises that are good for building muscle as well? x Thank you so much. x
