I think that Chris and MH would have also been a great couple, but I think that Peter and Marish are a perfect couple. And actually there were a couple of articles that spoke of Chris and MH relationship and they had talked about never really being that close until Mariska got pregnant and then he became her protector and they have been closer than ever.

beautiful as mich as i wanted meloni and mh to be together its just the way when peters name comes up she just lights up thats when its like ok this is the real love of her life but i think if meloni wasnt married and peter was not in the pic yet like 1999 i really believe they would have been together meloni and mh cuz you just cant hide that chemistry they have on and off the show but peter is better for mh imo shes just in love and you can see it in her eyes when she sees him
