Dragon balloon animal puppet by The Balloon Bandit

in this video i show a balloon animal Dragon puppet.
that i created in about an hour. since then I can recreate it in 20 mins - 30 mins.
the basic parts to this balloon animal dragon uses 260 balloons and uses 3 260 balloons like in a basic hat design. to get a basic hat design inflate the balloon almost all the way then rap around your head and twist the nozzle of the balloon at the point where the balloon came to a full circle. then do like a basic 4 petal flower twist by finding the middle of the balloon do this with 2 of the balloons. then use a role through lock to connect the 2 balloons I used all green for the dragon balloon animal puppet. but use what ever you have. next is the rap around balloon. tie the 3rd hat to the tail of the first 2 balloons. why I call it the tail is you will have 3 balloons sticking out one end of the body that looks like a tail. don't worry if the balloon is not tight around the first 2 balloons. when you add the eyes and the mouth it will stay in place. also you can make it tighter by rolling the outer balloon with top balloon to pull it tight. basically just twist them a half turn to change position from top to middle.
that will create the body of your balloon animal. this design is use in most of my balloon animal puppets and is a simple 3 balloon design. to create to mouth of the balloon frog make a petal twist then insert it through the lower part of the body fallow it with another petal twist that will create the jaw of the you balloon animal puppet. now loop the balloon back to the first petal twist and lock twist them together now you have the mouth. notice by holding the inner part of the jaw and twisting back and forth the jaw of our puppet moves up and down. make the eyes just like the jaw 2 petal twists and push a small 1inch bubble in to the center. then add you legs and tail if desired.

other puppets I have created for show are a shark and a frog using this same basic balloon animal puppet design.
