A montage of photos taken during one of our many attic / loft conversions, we take these photos so that upon completion the when applying to the council for the completion certificate, the homeowner has a complete disc showing a visual representation of each completed stage. As site visits by council officials (even when invited) are extremely rare these photos prove that the passed drawings are followed to the letter.
Of course every conversion is unique as is every customer and while for the most part conversions are carried out with full planning permission/building warrants there are an increasing amount of homeowners who choose not to involve the council.
