Even if we spaniards are one of the best Karate fights of the world (not the only one i know but one of the best) i must say i really respect Kurbanov.... this guy beat us down like flies man!!!!!!!!!!!!

GSP is a black belt in kyokushin and in BJJ he also trains boxing, kickboxing and muay thai to improve weak strikin' techniques from kyokushin = cross training

Bas Rutten is black belt in Sei Budokai Kyokushin (Ian Bluming's karate) it was the first "mma karate"...

are you kidding?! he's a black belt! he has this big fat tummy because he hides there a sercret technique of this strongest and deadliest karate art! ... yes he was so bad and whole kyokushin turns to be so damn pathetic that i can't watch it...
