The Franco-German alliance was the fowl and the leopard. The deadly wound was the Berlin wall. the fall of it marked the beginning of the New World Order. Bush declared this 20 days later marking the start of the globalization movement. The fourty and two months is the span of the Great Tribulation.

The first was like a lion (Britain), and had eagle's (United States of America) wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. Britain is the Lion and America came from Britain. The revived Holy Roman Empire was finally ratified on Nov3. Charlamange was the first emperor of this Holy Roman Empire crowned by Pope Leo the third in AD 800 or so.

Yes, we are! America AND Great Britian The Anglo -Saxon, Celtic, and Nordic peoples of Scandinavia are the modern remnants of the "lost" 10 tribes of ancient Isreal,(or the northern House of Isreal as it was called in the OT), The Jews were the southern tribes of Judah, Levi, Simieon, and Benjamin. Since we have rejected and turned our backs on our God, we are soon to suffer national punishment/destruction- ALL of modern Isreal, unless there is national repentence!

It mentions Revelation, 16:18 There was a huge earthquake, and the city of nations fell. The U.N. has it's seat in N.Y.C. So, America is in prophecy. It says GOD says, "Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakes of her sins." Jews are leaving the U.S. to go to Israel more and more. CHRISTians are also HIS people, i believe. You're just starting to be fed milk, not ready for steak yet. Take your time, but some advice. Dont get depressed. If you have CHRIST, you have eternal life.

Yes, I've seen this interpretation also on youtube. I forget who made the video so I can't tell you his name. However, he also pointed out that, in addition to the well-known characterization of Russia as the 'Great Bear', the name of Russia's current president, Medvedev, means 'bear' (mead = honey, veda = to know, therefore Medvedev = 'one who knows honey'). Sounds less threatening than the flesh-devouring bear, but then, it *would* sound that way, wouldn't it.

That is a wonderful point brother! Prophecy shows the mercy and patience of God over and over. It is not an "either"/"or" study though. Amos 3 says "Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets." Prophecy is to teach us both of events and the character of God. My heart sings to study Scripture each day (not just prophecy)and let the Spirit teach me each little nugget of truth from every word in the Bible. This is our joy& privilage Hallelujah!:)
