It doesn't matter if he's on a bicycle or a motorcycle, he's a vehicle. Cross+walk= crosswalk..meant for pedestrians, not bicycles.

as a cyclist & motorist its all about being careful & using common sense! that looks like Florida traffic. that left turn was pretty risky. your on a bike not a motorcycle. i usually cross at the crosswalk. its much safer.

Most of the problems in that video stem from auto-oriented development, with massive parking lots in the front of single-use suburban development, coupled with pointlessly wide roads for the volume of traffic, encouraging reckless speeding, particularly in times of low traffic.
Putting a bike lane bandaid on this type of development just doesn't cut it. Hate to say this, but if you want to bike commute, you really should consider moving.

As far as the crosswalk thing goes..deal with it, it happens all the time, law is not enforced. truck driver skims white line of bike lane, not a big deal. As far as the Right hooks are, they should of looked before they turned in front of you, cyclist needs to learn the laws, nothing really out of the ordinary here..
