  • What filler rod did you use for your frame welds. Have you had any cracks? Saw all of the vids and the af looks awsome !

  • @allaird1 My friend did the tig welding , I dont know what rod he used, not one crack so far, check out the headstay later in the project

  • Awesome, totally Awesome. not original but worth it. Gonna try a '97 cr 250 chassis & an '89 cr500. You & Duckman made me do it, thats what I'll tell everyone! Watched a bunch of your vids, thanks for the tips & hints (braces for welding, should mention that the cleaner the area to be welded the better the weld.)

  • @dethmonger117 Cool, just dont skimp on the headstay

  • nice work dude i use to have a 1993 kx 500 and wish i could of done this but with a kxf 450 frame

  • why the hell do only have the people go to part 2 ?

  • I think the head stay is the key also. Killer job on the 1/2" monsters. I had a 90 cr500. Big power and long life. Great videos.

  • Ya i think your right about the head stays importance in being a big part of failures. I dont think yours are going anywhere. I had a 90 cr500 about ten years ago, yours sounds exactly like it did. Love the high power long life engine. Great vids!
