@heathman8282 actually not true When the "Said Kid" Goes onto the property they are fully aware they can get hurt being skating is a painful sport and anyone can randomly hurt not just skaters so legal system wouldn't be work if they got hurt being they were fully aware of the outcome but not if the man/owner uses force to remove them the legal upper hand would be the skaters he isn't a cop/federal so he has not right to forcibly remove anyone they have the right to hold them there and call 911
