Story of the song:

Ok, what I can tell is during august in Germany I ran into some demos of a band that never really came to life. I was getting the biggest influence of the past six months for sure - I've never heard anything that professional before. The music I wrote somewhat resembles to what I remember.

Some parts are also influenced by Periphery, Textures and Ron Jarzombek's Blotted Science. I know Schönberg is the inventor of the dodecaphonic melody approach, but it was Blotted Science who showed me how it should be done properly in a Metal arrangement.

Extra notes:
With this song I finished composing for this year. However I have two more release coming up until the end of this year: the first song of the Escape Solaris EP called Rampage of Kronos (featuring Matthew Hekker and hopefully someone else), and the first-song-ever that got vocals, Rusty Springs once again. Spread the word!

Technical data on the song:

Well, guitar sounds are improved, I bought a Line6 HD Pro in order to have a guitar sound that continues to provide the need to compose. :) I came up with a lot of good guitar stuff on it, mainly using a two amp setup with Mesa Rectifier simulations. What you hear on the guitar parts is now recorded by this unit, and has not been modified after. Recently I decided to use B-E-A-D(-G-B) tuning for my instruments permanently, so that's that. I used my Warwick Thumb 2011 SE for bass.
However, the unit proved to be miserable when recording bass lines, so I continue using my Prolude.

@derelictor Ultimately because I wanted to have human voice on my songs, but I can't sing... and these movie quotes tell pretty much what I want to tell with the song itself, or describe what have inspired the song to be written in the first place.
