I find it ironic that the "Tone King" has that voice.

when considering these pedals, please remember you will need to cut through the rest of the band, so mids must get through.

the jemini sounds alot fuller and better for chords , but the satchurator gives more sustain and crunch- much better for solo's

The Tonal Character of the Satchurator and Jemini is diff, instead of getting the same setting for all, you should have used your ears and heard for similar drive sounds, people who own the Satch put the tone low cause its by its nature, a sharper pedal cause thats the tone Satch uses

is it just me or is the tone on the jemini just a little boring?
-
it seems like the gemini is really bassy. because vai likes the ibanez feel but wants a gibson tone maybe? just a thought.

Excellent excellent comparison. You hit on all the points ppl need to know about. Ppl take note at the end, how he hits a chord and swings the tone knob around to find the sweet spot. That's dialing in tone with your ears. That is how you should be tweaking just about everything in your chain.

Personally, I think the Satchurator has that classic distortion sound that ALOT of people like, but the Jemini has more versatility. I think I just might have to put both pedals in my rig.
I love this guy...
