Its okkk. You should be try to be more real about it though. I think part of the comical elements are related to the fact that you see so many commercials pimping trvial products, like knife sets.

I would have made it into a paid programming parody. Something like, "call now and you will recieve 65 boxes for free"... "a $60 value for only 3 easy payments of $29.99"
