George Washington Reincarnates as John McCain Astrology

In this time of national financial crisis, when the People are being scammed by an inner group of previous Goldman Sachs executives, a natonal leader has emerged similar to the first president of the U.S., George Washington.

One of the most telling aspects of a chart is the Moon "pada". You will see that John McCain and President George Washington share that same Moon "pada", which is the 1st "pada" of Uttarashada in Sagittarius (vedic), between 26 degrees 40 minutes Sagittarius and 0 degrees Capricorn (vedic).
The description of the native of this "pada" is "wise, broad-minded and charitable, with much scriptural wisdom;loved by their masters and teachers.
Although there is a birth time online for George Washington (10 AM), I feel it is incorrect. I set the birth time to be 11:30 AM, which puts the rising sign in Taurus. he was a farmer, and a reluctant warrior. Also the ruler of Taurus, Venus, is in his 11th house and exalted.
Fortunately he married a very wealthy woman, Martha. Venus in the 11th house will give luck and profits from females.
Also, with this birth time, Saturn is aspecting the Ascendant, which, of course, brings international fame.

Since George Washington was a great personality and McCain is a nice guy, brave but without much talent, at best, there is no way McCain would be an incarnation of Washington.
