As far as i remember your opponent can claim it to be a rook thats why you should always stop the clock and say i am going for a queen.You never know

because there is only one queen (and it is still in play) the upside down rook is used to simulate the second white queen

my rating is 1876 right now and Robert, the guy playing white, is 2083 and will probably be over 2100 after his excellent performance in the NAO :)
