@Jaymon1203213 Thanks for the info, I am very sure I wont be keeping up with any videos any time soon because even Wii fit is too much for me atm hehe, but I will have to remember not to over do it because it will find muscles I haven't used in over 2 years. I will look at ebay but I want the extra rods and rollers so I can up the resistance as I get stronger, price isn't really an issue though because it is for my health and I am overdue for a treat.

@TheGirlyPantz It does work, you just have to be careful not to overdo it when you start. Leaning forward too much, or trying to keep up until the end of the videos could cause problems. Just sit up straight, and do what you can do, and the next time you do it, aim to add another 10 seconds.
I'd also recommend scouring places like ebay and craigslist for them. The twist model seems a little too gimmicky. I got the extreme model, for a lot less used, and it's worked fine.

@Jaymon1203213 Thank God it works for some ppl, I have been bed ridden for the best part of 2 years and the abdoer twist seems kinda doable and a worthwhile purchase. Simple tasks are agony for me. At least the abdoer twist would let me do a bit of core work without falling over or passing out and a seat to rest on if it got too much for me. I am not looking to get ripped abs or super fit just well enough to stand up to do the most basic tasks and rebuild my body.

Hi. I liked your vid and thought it was quite funny. I'm a girl, eat incredibly healthy and am not at all overweight. However I don't have that flat stomach like I did in my teenage years. I know you suggested doing sit ups/crunches but everytime I try I experience chronic back pain. Do you have any suggestions for how I can approach this situation? Thanks :)

@georginaberryful well , as long as your body fat percentage is low enough, your stomach will flatten. so yeah, crunchs can help with that, but i would suggest overall core movements .it will also strengthen your back. and also doing interval training to lean up and get the body fat percentage needed to get a flatter stomach.no slow , long cardio .focus high protein , low carb diet ,on your body fat percentage, and strengthning your core

Your case is weak on the abdoer. Some of the things you are saying I agree with, but your only pointing out marketing tactics and play on word scenarios. Comfortable seat. You say fuck comfort. That's real intelligent. I'm a cyclist & my bike seat comfort is important. Minutes a day. 30 minutes a day is "minutes a day." While watching TV. Another marketing ploy, but who cares. Would it be better if they said with the TV on? Of course products are advertised like this and it's just marketing!

@TheJakebrake2000 well buddy, heres my point. first of all the seat part. of course seat comfort is important, but hey, when it has to deal with bike riding its essential, but here im saying that one should not turn lazy and focus on comfort in a workout, because a real , effective, tough workout, will never be comfortable. also, minutes a day.... you know that they are trying to make gullable people think that it will be 5 minutes... and im trying to pointout the FRAUDS OF MARKETING AND THE

LIES GOING ON THE THE FITNESS INDUSTRY. im on the peoples side. you didnt get my point here, im not just pointing out marketing frauds, but trying to wake the people who get sucked into them. if youre a smart person , you should try and not take my words in such a simple way, when i have a message behind them. the seat part is to make people know that you have to sweat , and work hard, and to forget about laziness, and the minutes a day part is to point out hidden lies. thx for watching.
