The finale of season 6 of scrubs. In my opinion, the best finale, cliffhanger of all seasons. From Season 6, My Point Of No Return.
JD and Elliot are both freaking out / worried about the commitments that they are about to make in their lives. JD, about to have a baby and Elliot about to get married.
It also shows all the other two couples, Dr Cox and Jordan, Turk and Carla, and them enjoying spending time with the other. On the other hand there is also Kim and Keith who are both sitting alone in their respective apartments waiting for JD and Elliot.
Chatting to each other they both start feeling something for the other and seem as though they are about to take the plunge and kiss...

@hohohopi they do eventually get married but that was the last season where it sucked. i think i saw one episode from that one

@wastedwithin half a glass as per doctors orders. saving it for JD because she gets extra randy.

@wastedwithin Don't you remember earlier in the episode, she called JD and said "Hey, ya know that half glass of wine my doctor said I'm allowed each night? I'm going to save it till you get home because it makes me super handsy ;)"
Her drinking it then shows she's been waiting along time for him to come home, and she's sad.
