1/2 tsp salt,2 to3 pinch asafoetida, 1 tbsp sesame seeds,1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1tbsp coconut dry or fresh, 1 red chilly flask,1/2 tbsp sugar,3/4 tsp citric acid or limbuna phool or 1to11/2 vinegar or as per your taste,1 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water and 1 cup besan or chick flour, corriander to garnish its your choise. you can garnish with sesame or coconut or green corriander.Take water add sugar and limbuna phool or citric acid and mix it well and than add flour and soda in it and make a better.

  • Thanks for uploading though I have a few suggestions for improvements :

    1) Speak up bit louder and clearer

    2) Make sure you show how all the ingredients were used. I noticed the sesame seeds on the dhokla while you were pouring the water over it. Not sure how that got thre and if I need to fry the sesame first

    3) Finally you forgot to show the final dhokla. I was waiting for you to show how it turned out when you cut it so there is no way to compare when I prepare it.

  • Could you please set your handycam on a tripod or a table so that we can have a better view of how to make khaman dhoklas.

  • i dont like the way you have showed it.. it's quite uncomfortable to watch because of the constant movement. also the description of the engridients was not clear, sorry to say. but thank you for uploading.
