  • Nice thunderbird

I have a 64 thunderbird landau, got it for $1,500 off someone who wanted to be rid of it asap.

Same color red but with the white vinyl top.

    Really nice

Same look, thinking for restoring it pretty soon but my wife and I are expecting a baby.

Planning on selling my 04 rx8 grand touring to restore the T-bird.

Good luck and keep us posted on your project.

  • I'd do it if I were you. Been looking for a thunderbird.

  • My dad has a 65 thunderbird and ours is in worse shape than this one. My dad said for ours to get fixed up it would be about $15,000 - $20,000 and since yours has minor problems I would say around $5,000. This is a guess though just using our car as a reference. The paint job will be the most expensive if you take it to a place that knows what it's doing. Don't take it to maaco or some place like that. Paint is $2,000 - $3,000. For the interior work some where between $500 - $1,000.
