They are experiencing one of the world's largest humanitarian crises.

@Hastein45 When Armenians or Scots leave their homeland and assimilate in other countries like the United States, there will always be Armenians & Scottish because they have their own respective countries to call home. But Assyrians don't have a nation-state so in whatever modern countries their ancient villages fall into, there they will need economic development & sufficient security to sustain; in other words, they wish to have their Indigenous Rights, Human Rights & Civil Rights protected.
