  • He pretty much summed it all up in 5 minutes... This is the only video you need!

  • @1imesub I agree, he did a fantastic job! :)

  • I am a vegan. The only processed food I eat is in the form of things like condiments and bread. I make peanut sauce all of the time and use Bragg's, Sriracha and Skippy Natural along with fresh herbs and lime juice. I also eat Dave's Killer Bread. Other than that, everything I eat is "as it grew," and is a whole food. I get plenty of protein, omega-3's and nutrients overall. I do worry about calcium when I am at college and eating healthy in general is made rather troublesome.

  • @SuicidalNun Way to go! :)

  • I wish there were a more concrete standard for getting the iodine. What else would be suitable for the twice per week plan. One or two Nori wrap sheets maybe? 1 Cup of kelp noodles maybe? Can someone tell me more about that?

  • @lamador27 Dulse and kelp are high iodine. However, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It is after all a trace element in the human body (meaning it is required in tiny amounts).

From what I read, in your whole entire lifetime you will need less than a teaspoon of iodine. And it is found virtually in every plant living plant.

Try not to worry... After all, almost all health conditions result from excess and not under-consumption.
