I finished out week 4 on "The Neighbors House" with finishing the roof, wrapping the house with Tyvek, opening up 3 interior walls with arches, installing all the new dual pane windows with trim and having the complete new plumbing system roughed in. I bought this house from an elderly lady directly next door to our previouse flip "The Hat Trick House." The deal we made paid off her mortgage, put money in her pocket and I even helped her move into a rental house right down the street. It was a win-win situation for both of us.
