Naruto Rasengan Special Effect

The second Naruto special effect I attempted at using Adobe After Effects. It's Naruto's Rasengan where he uses a Kage Bunshin to form the Rasengan. I would've added me saying the name of the technique like the characters in the anime, but I sound weird... :3

dude, how do u do that, what after in adobe after effects did u use to make it rotate???

it's not actually "rotating". use the fractal noise, twist, and make keys of the evolution so that it changes over time. it'll make it seem like it's rotating
