Hey look around and see what cable was used. IF it is under 3 ghz swept then the installer needs turned in. Also. A ground is imparitive. If you do not have a ground that is not even in compliance with National Electrical Code. Sorry you have had a bad experiance.

Hey fellow.... Call me and lets see perhaps what could possible be up. Maybe you can do something yourself or we can send someone by. We have over tw0 thousand customers and only 2 give us a hard time. But anyway if you sell equipment etc... let me know also we have stuff that will blow your wildblue away now days.. Lookup Stat Satellite on the net or go to our dot com...

i used to have it and its really slow. I ended the contract and returned the equipment. Four months later they sent a note saying they never got it and they were gonna send me to collection on july 7th..its the 25 now..nothing has happened (i took that as a threat). Suppostly i need to pay 310 dollars. Im not paying nothing. Ima go see what happened to the box i sent. THEYRE A SCAM!

Yep go with the mobile broadband card. If you don't live in a Broadband area right there is the way to go, just make sure you got free roaming on it, and unlimited data

I wish i would have bought a verizon card instead it has to be better than wildblue. ATT if your watching this add DSL to my area!
