@1NT3RV3NT1ONz22 that's a good question. I don't believe so. I've never seen a MRE's that was labeled glutten free, peanut oil free, etc. I suppose someone with food allergies would have to make a conscious effort to examine the food packages for allergens. Maybe someone in the military with food allergies can answer this question. I'm curious myself.

Yes, they do sell it in powdered form. I've even seen it in single servings too. Check your market again in the herbal tea section.
