I saw the years slipping away and through them I tried to find out what life really means.
Standing in the middle of the earth, smelling its perfume after a rainy day and watching the sky above.
I'm right here surrounded by a chain of colored clouds, gathered for a specific reason. Do I belong here? Is it really where I'm supposed to be?
I believe there are seven colors of life. Enemies, lovers, siblings or the so-called brothers, friends, mates and colleagues.
But what about if we find out that the most precious time of our life was spent in the shadow that once we thought the brightest place to stand in?
Do we have to regret? Does it help? How do we convince ourselves to step out of the shock?
We claim: "It was an experience, we got a new skill" and people nods saying: "We concur !"
Rehearsing on that seven colors became a tradition and a routine, we create limits, we build levels between us.
Thus we think what really matters is beauty, pride and strength and we feel badly the need to show them off pushing our ugliness and weakness deep in the bottom of our heart, yes we do bury them.
The truth is deeply we got that doppelganger. Inside we laugh and we cry, we are thrilled and we are sad. We defend our decisions and stand for our madness.
But still all those 7 colors got something in common, a purpose. There are all looking for the right pathway, they are all taking the same highway towards HAPPINESS.
That mystery lost in the middle of a jammed town, unreachable and yet if we get to close it, we know it never lasts.
I don't look for happiness in another place because I think I got it in me. And I believe I will touch it someday. Maybe Tomorrow.
