@Drumersoftballgirl7 You do have lower abs, if you have upper abs. It's because you have some "belly fat" which you need to burn off, if you want the complete package of abs! :-)

just to let you know, your breathing technique is terrible. Your breathing and oxygen intake helps with the muscle build up and blood flow through the body, so that you make yourself sweat and get the workout you need for the results you want.

i do crunches but i onley have upper abs but not lower. how do i get lower abs??
