To my shame, I only learnt today that Karl Denver is a Scotsman. I only ever had one LP of his and there was nothing on the cover to say where he was from etc. Truly one of the best entertainers!

Indeed he was. Born in Springburn Glasgow 17/12/1931 though he claimed 1934 at times.
