  • well let´s evaluate that last comment and give evolution a chance ;-)

  • Dendrobates tinctorius (azureus is nothing but a morph of tinctorius, no longer an own species), is and was never used to poison arrows, also it never reaches the poisonous level of the "real" poison arrow frogs like Phyllobates terribilis, Phyllobates bicolor and Phyllobates aurotaenia. These last three are the only real poison frogs! The poison of tinctorius isn´t dangerous to humans!
