@BeautifulDisaster825 Although you are correct to an extent, Marijuana for most people can relax them, but for people who suffer from anxiety (being myself) I personally used to smoke weed for years and during that time thought i was having a heart attack and even went to the ER for a "heart attack", found out later that the weed was messing with the chemical synapse causing my brain to fire off unevenly, inducing a panic attack. So please, enough with the uneducated talk.

Are you serious...marijuana increasing stress. Very uneducated statement. Especially for those who do not smoke it and have other ways of using it. Vaporizers or edibles. Educate yourself. And just because doctors say theirs a disorder from marijuana doesn't mean they are correct. They have been wrong or controversial for like 99% of medical history about everything. (Not an actual fact- just my opinion)

Okay so for number one.Do not take the drug that can directly mimick the stress response or get off it.
For number two.IF U NEED to get off the drug in the first place,do it very gradually, while under the doctor's care.
For number 3...Put more vitamins and minerals back into your system so there will not be any deficiencies.
When it comes to emotional, psychiatric disorders, YOU, not her, not me, not anyone, is the expert of your own body.If psych. meds help, there's no shame in that either.

@8066Donald1 the best way i have found is to use the nicotine patches and step down gradually over about 8 weeks. it is absolutely crucial not to smoke during this duration. i would start on a friday because you are going to be most irritable for the next 3-5 days and you atleast have the weekend to relax. this also applies to the transition between steps. whenever you have the urge to smoke go for a walk. continue aerobic exercise after cessation along with good diet and steady sleep pattern.

haha i know what you mean. I am Indian in India, I lived in US 6 years but to claim this general video which can be applied to any human on earth, is just for those in US of A is itself utter bollocks. Maybe it came from the presenter making too many videos than she could handle and then the resulting stress, lol
