The easiest way I leveld up my one handed is at the start where u have to get out helgan an you get this guy and when you near the bear. That's when you can hit him with the sword to level up the one handed skill I did it on master cause he doesn't lose much health and you don't have to wait long for it to recharge. This is the same with block. And 2 handed weopons. But to get your sneak to 100 you use the grey beards in hyrothgaurd to do that.

Skyrim completion hours is 200 hours if you don't play it all the time it might take you 6-8 months to complete and if you are not levelling up fast enough to 100 then you could be there till 2014

Personally, i think the easiest way is to get the torture chamber in the Dark Brotherhood Santuary. Then you hit the victims a couple times and then use a spell to heal them. If you keep repeating this, it goes up very quickly

I also did this and after 3 swings she was dead. I put her on the fire but that bitch doesnt burn. Now im going to try to get more followers to take home just for fun

You can double this with conjuration if you use "bound sword" or "bound battleaxe". or whatever bind spell you have.
