Here is an excerpt of the documentary "KISS Invades Australia".

This was Eric Carr's first tour with KISS.
KISS went to Australia for the first time in 1980, this is when the KISSmania explodes...kids, teenagers and adults...all of them became KISS fans..it was the music or the merchandise ??? some people thought that was the merchandise...but for me was the music, with Eric on drums they go to another level musically he make the band more heavy, you can watch the difference between the "KISS Live @ Largo 1979" when Peter was in the band..., with "KISS Live @ Sydney Showgrounds 1980", it's a big difference.

Its a shame they cut up the 1980 Inner Sanctum and KISS Countdown specials to this mash up...

I know a guy btw who was in that very same hospital you see in the vid but he was released from the hospital just a day before and he missed not only meeting the band but also the concert in 1980!
