    I saw his collection at 111 minna in 1998 or 9? pictures of his work don't do any justice. I wish his son would show his work again in the city! His wife did, but i heard she passed away in 2005.

    I organized the Alonso Smith gallery show at 111 Minna in 1998. Alonso's wife Sidell passed away not much long after in 1998.

    I bought his lithograph "A Vain Course on Ecology"

    at the Alameda Antique Show years back.

    its my favorite painting i own..
