Just because they used that same synth sound early, doesn't mean that everything from there on is LN2. the section marked as F-Zero, for instance, is VERY DEFINITELY from F-Zero.

So far as I can tell, apart from the early reused synth, the Last Ninja 2 section begins right about where the video says. (despite its insistence that it's actually MORE F-Zero...)
