I love this idea!! i'm not a big fan of chocolate, but using the cookies leaves the chocolates as a coating only instead of all throughout the truffle, so this is a must try recipe. Thanks hun!!

Nutter Butter and Oreo's are going to be the best. But, you could try making a raspberry cream filling, coconut, lemon, orange or a vanilla cream filling.
